The rustic American atmosphere invites you to stay a while, and brings together a range of individual details in one harmonious mix of styles. Alongside its classic American cuisine featuring hamburgers and steak dishes, Speicher No. 1 also serves an exciting and unique selection of drinks and cocktails. The beef served is sourced exclusively from Landfleischerei Proschim.
The philosophy at Speicher No. 1 is that guests can enjoy an unforgettable evening with freshly prepared dishes, ingenious cocktails in a cool environment, and alternating live music. There is also a beer garden for when the weather is nice.
Dogs are also welcome. The hosts themselves have two miniature dachshunds who greet guests warmly. Water bowls and dog blankets are available for four-legged visitors. Quieter spots and, in summer, shaded spots are also available upon request. Dog snacks are offered as a small gesture of hospitality.
